Private aviation is a specialty business requiring deep knowledge of aircraft, regulatory compliance, economic metrics, and operator relationships. We don't enter opportunties where we lack direct experience. Our team has operated in this industry, not studied it from afar.

We evaluate opportunities in private aviation and adjacent verticals where operational expertise and growth discipline can build a category leader. Our deal flow comes through direct relationships, not intermediaries.
Acquire
We target companies and talent with strong operational DNA, loyal client bases, and clear brand identities. We move quickly when conviction is established and patiently when it is not.
Build
Post-acquisition, we install the JGH operating framework: management systems, reporting cadences, brand standards, and technology infrastructure. We don't renovate, we build on proven foundations.
Scale
Growth follows systems. When the operational foundation is solid, we scale distribution, expand geographically, and introduce new service lines. We scale what works and eliminate what doesn't.
